Medical Records Department

Open MRI Centers is upgrading the process for completing medical record requests.  Currently, if you are requesting medical records, please email the request to Records@openmricenters.net.  From there, the request will be distributed to the appropriate center.

We receive hundreds of requests per week and we process these requests as quickly as possible.  We kindly ask that you refrain from calling for updates on requests in progress, as email is a more efficient tool to utilize.
